Order Processing & Dispatch

• Standard Non-Perishable Orders: Orders are prepared and released to our carriers within 1–2 business days, counted Monday through Friday and excluding federal holidays.
• Order Cut-Off Time: Orders submitted before 2:00 PM EST on a weekday are generally handled the same business day. Orders received after that time, or placed on a weekend, will be processed on the next business day.
• Perishable Goods Handling: Items that require temperature control are packaged using insulated cold-chain materials and shipped only Monday through Thursday, so they are not left in transit over the weekend.

atomictrend ships internationally to Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia, and selected European Union member countries.

• Estimated Transit Time: 7–14 business days following dispatch.
• Customs, Duties & Taxes: Shipments crossing international borders may incur import duties, value-added taxes (VAT), or customs processing charges when they reach the destination country. These amounts are set by the destination country's customs authority and must be paid by the recipient.

Order Tracking & Delivery Confirmation

After your order is dispatched, we will send an automated shipping confirmation email that includes a direct tracking link and the carrier's details.

If tracking information has not appeared, or you have not received a tracking number within 3 business days of your order confirmation, please contact our support team and include your order number.

Order Modifications & Address Changes

Because we work to dispatch orders quickly, processing starts soon after an order is placed.

Damaged, Lost, or Compromised Shipments

We take responsibility for getting every order to you in good condition:

• Perishable Items: If a perishable item arrives spoiled, compromised, or damaged because of a shipping delay, let us know within 48 hours of delivery and include photos so we can issue a full refund or send a free replacement right away.
